We then use our extensive library of training materials to prepare your hire, covering everything from software proficiency to professional communication and industry-specific knowledge. The goal is to dramatically reduce your internal training burden.  

Our process is designed for speed and precision. After your initial talent assessment, you can expect to receive a shortlist of highly qualified, vetted candidates within 7-10 business days. Most of our clients have their new team member selected and ready to begin onboarding in under 30 days.  

Our multi-stage vetting process goes far beyond a resume screen. We conduct multiple interviews, technical skills assessments, practical exercises, and comprehensive English proficiency evaluations. We also assess for "soft skills" like communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to ensure every candidate we present is not only technically qualified but also a great cultural fit for a remote US work environment.

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. You pay a flat monthly fee that covers the professional's salary and our comprehensive service package (including onboarding, training, support, and administrative management). Our clients typically save 60-70% compared to the fully-loaded cost of a similar US-based hire. We'll provide a detailed cost breakdown during your free consultation.  

We handle all the complexity for you. You sign one simple agreement with our US-based company (All Sikes LLC). We manage the local contracts and ensure compliance with all regulations in the talent's home country. You receive a single, simple monthly invoice from us, eliminating the hassle of international payments and paperwork
